upgrade my graphics card

Hello i currently have an nvidia geforce RTX 2060 and i wanted to upgrade my graphics card but i have no clue which one to upgrade too? i wanted the series 30 or 40 but I'm not sure if any of those would fit ?  also my power supply is 500 and i have no clue what to replace it with ?

The spec for your HP RTX-2060 is here

It is not a full size card.  It requires an 8 pin power connector and the power supply must be minimum of 450 watts.

I would start here:

and scroll the list of video boards up to where the % improvement is enough to justify buying the board AND the power requirements fit with the power supply in your Omen.

For example, the RTX-4060 has a %38 improvement over the 2060, needs only 300 watts but takes a 12 pin power connector and is a full length card.  You can always get an adapter from 8 to 12.

The 4060 TI needs 450 watts but takes a 16 pin power connector.  An adapter will also work.

The 4000 series boards are Express Gen4 and your motherboard is backward compatible at  Gen3.  The real life difference between 3 and 4 is not much but do not expect to see an exact improvement to %38 or whatever is listed for those Gen4 as they were tested in Gen4 motherboards.
