Your machine has Intel Core processor with DDR4 RAM. It supports 16GB (2 x 8GB) of RAM max. You can use following RAM from HP:
8-GB part # 862398-855
or from Amazon
https://www.amazon.com/Genuine-Memory-DDR4-SoDIMM-862398-850/dp/B07GTP6T1Q
Regards.

but I have to update the bios to get this power and above all the frequency remains on the 2133 Mhz mine, my machine is the European version I remember that on an old pc asus of 2002 whose last bios update was in 2008 supported 4gb of ram in the European version and in the American version there is always 2gb of ram, my question is if my European version reaches up to 16gb of ram and above all at what frequency my bios is f.40.
thanks again for everything
