Hi:

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade info and supported drive types.

 

Chapter 5 has the memory removal and replacement procedure.

 

Your notebook's M.2 slot supports both SATA and NVMe SSD's.

 

Your notebook supports 2 x 8 GB of memory (the 12 GB max is incorrect).

 

The parts list for your notebook indicates it came with a 128 GB SATA SSD, so you can upgrade that to a faster NVMe SSD having a larger storage capacity.

 

You cannot upgrade the processor or graphics adapter as those are integral parts of the motherboard.
