I want to know if i can upgrade my ram on my hp laptop notebook 14-dq0002dx and what is the highest i can go

Your notebook only has one memory slot.

 

According to chapter 1 of the service manual, you can replace the 4 GB memory chip with an 8 GB memory chip, but other forum members have installed 1 x 16 GB of memory in the notebooks with the Intel® Celeron® N4020 processors and reported it worked.
