Hi:
Your notebook can only support a maximum of 2 x 4 GB of memory according to the service manual.
See chapter 1 page 4 of the service manual for the memory upgrade information...
This would be a compatible 4 GB memory chip for your notebook...
Crucial 4GB DDR3L-1600 SODIMM | CT51264BF160B | Crucial IT
If you want to see if your notebook can support 2 x 8 GB of memory, you can do this...
1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.
This will open the command prompt.
2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.
There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.
If the report shows you can install 16 GB of memory, let me know and I will post the link to a compatible 8 GB memory chip if you want to experiment.

Posso anche chiedere quale SSD può essere compatibile con il mio laptop?

You're very welcome.
You should be able to install any 2.5" SSD you want.
The Western Digital Blue 2.5" models have the best performance for the price.
A second option would be the normally less expensive Crucial MX500 2.5" SSD's.
Buy one in a storage capacity that fits your needs and budget.
I am very surprised that the report shows you can run 2 x 8 GB of memory in your notebook.
I would have bet against such an outcome.
