Firstly, I think your machine is an HP Spectre x360 13-ae020ca, not HP Spectre x360 13-ae20ca. Its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05811152
It has 8 GB LPDDR3-1600 SDRAM (onboard) RAM that means upgrade RAM is out of question.
For storage, it has 256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD and no room to add 2.5" HDD/SSD therefore you have to REPLACE existing M.2 SSD with a larger (capacity) using the following parts
2-TB, M.2 2280/DS, SATA-3, PCIe, NVMe, solid-state drive with TLC part # L04986-001
1-TB, M.2 2280/DS, SATA-3, PCIe, NVMe, solid-state drive with TLC part # 941878-001
512-GB, M.2 2280/DS, SATA-3, PCIe, NVMe, solid-state drive with TLC part # 941881-001
360-GB, M.2 2280/DS, SATA-3, PCIe, NVMe, solid-state drive with TLC part # 941880-001
I can also use Samsung 970 EVO M.2 SSD's, they are a bit cheaper.
Regards.
