I have ram 16 gb (2x8) DDR4 3200  MHz
For my laptop model, what is the maximum amount of RAM that can be installed? Preferably 64

Page 2 of the manual says

 

Two memory slots supporting up to 16 GB of RAM
DDR4-3200
Supports the following configurations:
● 16 GB (8 GB × 2)

● 12 GB (8 GB + 4 GB)
● 8 GB (8 GB × 1 or 4 GB × 2)

 

But is it safe to use 32GB (2 x 16GB). You can check how much it supports using following steps

 

1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.

    This will open the command prompt.

 

2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.

    From here, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
