The following link shows specs of your computer

You can't upgrade video memory nor video card but adding more system memory (RAM) may help a bit. Currently tour machine has 1 stick of RAM on 1 slot, please buy SAME RAM and instll on the second slot.
Other option: change current slow 500GB 5400RPM hard drive to SSD.
But this machine is not for "do a lot of video editing". Rather than upgrade, may be saving more money and buy a better machine.
