I am looking for a recommendation on the best dual band wifi card to upgrade my HP pavilion 11-n008tu 360 Notebook. The WiFi card I have now, which is an "qualcomm atheros QCA9565 and is not support the 5G.

Here is the Service Manual:
The huge problem trying to upgrade to a 5ghz card is the single antenna.
"Qualcomm QCA9565 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi + BT4.0 Combo Adapter with 1 antenna"
5ghz will require 2 antennae.
You could theoretically disassemble the laptop and add a wireless antenna, but it is not easy to do.
Your best bet is an 802.11ac usb wireless dongle. Not the most elegant, but they work pretty well.
Post back with any more questions and please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.

Hi:
I recommend the Broadcom dual band AC card.
Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo HP part # 724935-001.
If you want a cheaper option, you can get the Broadcom dual band N card.
Broadcom BCM943228HMB 802.11 a/b/g/n 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo HP part # 730668-001.
You should be able to find either card in used but tested and working condition on eBay.
Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.
Before buying a card, I recommend you open up the notebook and confirm that there are two wifi antennas connected to the Atheros card in there now. There should be, but it is a good idea to check.
Below is the link to the service manual....

I have never heard of any model with a Qualcomm Atheros QCA9565 where that card works with a single antenna.
Since I am not 100% sure of that, I suggested that the OP open the notebook first before proceeding with buying a different wifi card.

Hi, @cryshill
It seems that I answered this question on the same model series...You can read through this discussion...
Apparently you can also use the Intel 3160 AC card with the part number listed in the service manual as well.
The Broadcom AC wifi card would have twice the throughput of the Intel 3160 though.
I still think you should make sure that your model has two antenna cables connected to it.
