Upgraded TPN-C125 from W10 home to pro and lost all the Intel and PCI drivers.
HP website does not recognize the laptop's serial #, leaving me stranded.
Please help if you can.

You're very welcome.
Your notebook's model number is a HP Notebook - 15-ay163nr.
You can download the drivers and software you need from the support page at the link below.
HP Notebook - 15-ay163nr Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support
Your notebook has an Intel 7th gen core processor (Kaby Lake).
Where you see drivers having the same description such as the ones under the chipset and graphics sections, you want the ones for the Kaby Lake processors.
If you have any drivers you can't find after installing the obvious ones, please post the device description and the hardware ID's for any of the remaining devices that need drivers, and I will post the links to the drivers you need.

Hi:
Please see this guide for how to find the model number/product number of your notebook, because 'TPN-C125' is not the model number of your notebook.

Hi:
No, that isn't the product number or model number.
You will find the product number, and model number by running the Windows system information app.
The product number will be 7 characters followed by a # sign and 3 additional characters.

Again, a really big thank you.
Picking Karby drivers and others, I was left with 7 problems.
Using your method of driver search, those were configured, and all are happy now.
My laptop is no longer a useless brick.
Separately, have you any experience with this message Outlook is giving me:
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact........"
Tried all the things I could find by searching:
Changed default browser 3X, edited group policy, edited .html keys, reinstalled Outlook, and more.
Asking you, as you have proved to be very knowledgeable.

You're very welcome.
Unfortunately, I have never come across that problem before and the only videos I found seem to offer the same suggestions that you have already tried.
I recommend that you post the problem on the Microsoft Office support forum.
Outlook - Microsoft Community Hub
Maybe someone there has some ideas that are different than what you tried.
This link also has some info you may not have tried such as the first suggestion (delete the Disallow Run registry key).
One of the things you should definitely do if you have not done so already is to set Microsoft Edge as the default browser, as Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft and has been retired.
