Hi. I want to upgrade amd e300 cpu of my HP 2000 -2b43dx. Is it possible and worth it?What is the fastest compatible cpu for this model? Thanks in advance:)

No e series are by definition soldered to the motherboard. So no upgrade possible and the HP 2000 and Compaq CQ58 (same basic laptop) were budget systems and even the top end AMD motherboard is not very powerful.

Sempron SI-42 can be upgraded to a Turion ZM-82. HP no longer posts the Manual but I found one on a third party site I cannot link here.
