Here is the service manual:

Manual

Your specs start on p. 5. Its DDR4-2133 SO-DIMM. The Manual says 16 gigs is the maximum but its really 32 gigs (2 x 16) that is the true maximum. If you want dual channel operation you just have to install 2 modules of the same size and speed and density and latency in the two slots.

Pages 52-57 detail how to do the upgrade.

Order a pair of 8 or 16 gig modules and install them to have 16 or 32 gigs total memory in dual channel. You already have one 4 gig module so just one more of them would give you 8 gigs in dual channel.

Hi,

I would upgrade to 8GB of RAM.

An upgrade which would greatly improve everyday performance of the PC would be to replace the 2.5" HDD with a 2.5" SATA3 SSD such as the Crucial MX500 and then reinstall the OS on it.

On page 44 of service manual you can see how to replace the drive

Hope it helps,

David

Hey thanks for the reply but the stick you suggested is not supported for my laptop according to crucial website also in crucial website it shows maximum size is 16 but only 4gb sticks are supported from crucial.
