Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

this is my HP specs.  Don't know why MSFT says I can't install windows 11 on this machine. Any answers, According to microssoft specs, it should.my sincere thanks.                                                     

Processor AMD Ryzen 3 2200U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.50 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB (6.96 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display
