Now I want to upgrade this with :-

Hi:
You can only upgrade your PC to the limits listed in the service manual.
The only upgrade you can do would be to remove the existing 2.5" mechanical hard drive and replace it with a 2.5" SSD.
Your notebook supports 2 x 8 GB of DDR3L-1600 memory.

Hi Paul,
As per the Model number mentioned in the service manual, my model number does not falls in this series. This manual is only for Ay000-Ay099 and Ay100-Ay199. And mine is of Ay508. So I think its not the right manual that you are referring to.
Also, please let me know If I can upgrade it to i5/i7 12thGen.
Thanks

You're very welcome.
HP uses that manual for the entire 15-ayxxx model series or you can also refer to this manual:
HP Notebook PCHP 250 G5 Notebook PCHP 256 G5 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide
You cannot upgrade to a 12th gen core processor motherboard in your notebook.
The max would be limited to one of the motherboards listed in chapter 3 of the service manual.
Looks like the best would be a motherboard that comes with an Intel 7th gen core processor.
