hlo , sir i have bought a new hp 15s- gr0007au laptop with 4 gb installed ram but unfortunately i am only able to use 3.44 gb ram . After searching on web i tried do go in msconfig , registry editor nothing worked .IN the end i came to know by changing primary graphics to PCI Express it may be helped . but unfortunately i came to know hp has locked advance option for the user in bios so i am helpless to fix this issue on my own can you please help me

This is normal behavior for this system with this amount of installed memory.

What is the difference between physical memory and available memory?

For example, search for something similar to:
installed memory does not match available memory
Once the BIOS is updated along with your Windows Updates and other HP Software and Drivers, the use of the memory is controlled by the system. The BIOS "Advanced", not usually available in consumer grade systems, is not relevant to your computer's setup.
