hello Team,
i have followed steps mentioned in this site, but still usb 3.0 is not working,
after re install 3.0 option is not visible, I have manully update then getting below error
OS : win 10
please let me how to resolve this issue

I reviewed your post and I understand that the USB port on the computer is not working.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS and the chipset driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
