The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the driver directly from AMD.

 

Maybe it will reinstall something.

 

1st driver on the list.  Install and restart the PC.

hi, none of the things we tried worked... so, i decided to install win 10 and everything works now. all the drivers were found automaticly by windows and i didn't need to install them separately myself...
