Please get into the Device Manager, Right Click on the exclamation devices, Select properties, click on the details tab and provide me the Hardware ID.

hi ,
I would suggest you to download the AMD autodetect tool and run the software inorder to get the drivers
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool
After that
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/HP_SDM_Setup.exe
Install the softpaq and check the updates and install them as softpaq will get you the missing drivers and updates for drivers

hi ,
You can remove and reseat the graphic cards and uninstall all the video drivers on the unit .
Reinstall the intel driver : http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp75501-76000/sp75508.exe
And then run the AMD autodetect once to check if it works

ok, did it...in autodetect i got the message: we were unable to find a driver for your system. No supported AMd hardware was detected.
and under grphics hardware there is on: Standard VGA Graphics Adapter....no Radeon find now...

and later windows automaticly recognizes AMD Card and adds it into my device list... updates driver, everything ok, and the i need to restart the computer. and when it turns on again( PC), the AMD card again has a yellow mark...
