Common problems for Battery
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about: Battery Reports, Hold a charge, Test and Calibrating Battery . Check out this link: Is your notebook plugged in and not charging?

hp 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
This is my second question about the battery. The previous question was about CMOS, and the answer was that there is no CMOS battery in the HP 15.
So the question is about battery health on my HP 15. Is it safe to use it while keeping the adapter plugged in all the time? I'm worried it might degrade the battery.

I’ve seen other laptops have a setting to cap the charge at 80%, which supposedly lets the laptop run directly off the power adapter instead of the battery. I can't find this setting anywhere in my Windows settings or the BIOS. Does the HP 15 automatically bypass the battery when it's full, or am I hurting my battery by keeping it plugged in?
fyi my previos os is arch linux now i use windows 10
