i talked to the customer care they told me 20 Thousand rupees for the repair because I dont have warranty even thought its hp's manufacturing fault and so i am done with you guys and dont think you can help me with this just gonna sell my laptop and never gonna buy another hp product because I bought a hp mouse somedays ago and its also not working properly.
