I have been using this laptop for 7 years. But for the last 2 years, the laptop has become very slow. So I upgraded my RAM and my hard drive to SSD. After that the laptop felt like new again till I started gaming a little bit. And the game started stuttering. So I did the system extensive test using the HP diagnostic tool where the video extensive check failed with a red cross beside "AMD (Device Id: 0x6660)", Product id: 2CH94EA#AB4, with the failure id 0SH3WX-CGGCGU-XD7URF-Q3HN03. Now what should I do next?

So, the report provides nothing?

 

Well, that isn't of much help.

 

Probably a graphics chip failure due to overheating throughout the years.
