So I have a HP Envy x360 convertible. I can not watch Netflix in full screen mode. It freezes and jumps and gitters. While in normal view it runs fine but just doesn't seem to be capable of full screen. Is this the **bleep**ty graphics? My internet speed is 120mb a second so that should be more than enough speed there. Connected to an Acer 32 inch curved fhd monitor doesn't seem to give it a problem.

Thank you so much your reply Echo Lake. This did solve my issue with not getting signal to my external monitor. I still am not able to watch Amazon Prime Video or Netflix however; they explained to me that it is a security measure that they have employed in order to ensure copyright laws are enforced and they do not support streaming to external monitors or televisions. They told me that sometimes it does work but the only way that they would support streaming to external devices is if I used Chromecast. That's ok though there are plenty of free options available and I should be cutting back on my expenditures anyhow.
