You ask a good question...
The service manual Chapter 1) indicates that you should use DDR3 1.5V memory, but the Crucial memory upgrade site indicates that you can use the DDR3L 1.35V memory.

So here is what you can do...run this free utility that I zipped up and attached below.
Close out of the summary report window.
On the left side of the program window, click to expand the memory section.
Then click on one of the memory modules listed.
On the right side of the window, look under the module characteristics section.
The last item listed (Module Normal Voltage (VOD): If it reports 1.5V only then you need to buy DDR3 (1.5V) memory.
If it reports 1.5V, 1.35V, then you should buy DDR3L (1.35V) memory.
