hello, I have laptop which is hp pavilion 2000 and it's bios update on pavilion notebook 14-E3B50PA#UU. it's processor is 

Intel® Core™ i5-3230M Processor . and ram is 8gb supported. my question is, can I upgrade it more? can I install 16gb ram on it. and  which level to I can upgrade? what are process? please help and be consider. thank you!

Hi,

You can install max 16GB of DDR3L-1600MHz RAM (2x8GB)

The RAM will run at 1333MHz.

I would also upgrade the HDD to a 2.5" SATA3 SSD which would give a boost to the everyday performance of the machine.

You do not need to upgrade the BIOS to install the RAM.

 

The latest BIOS update for your machine is from 2017
