Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased this laptop new from Amazon.  Automated warranty check says it expires in 6 months.  It is a new laptop so I submitted a warranty dispute along with my purchase receipt. I was assigned a case number, but cannot figure how to track it or what happens next.  Is there a number I can call with my inquiry?

Hi Betty6010,

 

I tried through chat and did not have any luck.  They told me that I had to contact Amazon who I purchased it from which did not make any sense.  I could try calling them.  It looks like I have to submit a separate form to initiate phone support to get the number.
