Thanks for reply. The model is :  HP Chromebook - 14-db0051cl and the serial number is :  [Personal Information Removed]

I'm filing a claim for the extended warranty to the credit company which I bought the chromebook with. They need the detail

information of the original manufacture warranty coverage from HP. I checked online  and I only found that the warranty expired,  but there is no document about the detail original warranty coverage. Please help get it.

Hi Praveenbv,

Thanks for update. But I'm not disputing the warranty status. I know it expired already and that's correct. What I'm doing is filing a claim for the extended warranty provided by the credit company. What I need is a document for original warranty coverage. Do you think if I follow the steps of disputing the warranty , I will get the warranty coverage document?

We understand that so shared the link it shown the extended warranty eligibility shows the detailed information about the extended warranty and you can share your company with the link or screenshot, once after billing you will receive the invioces copy to emails.
