a,m trying too find out if ma computer supports open gl3.3 or above tried up dating drivers but says there okay etc its too run on 2019 for photo editing my computer is old now  running windows 7 still

If the laptop is using Intel 2nd Generation Core Processors, with Intel HD Graphics 2000 or 3000, it should be possible to download latest drivers from the Intel manufacturer's website. 

 

Check the minimum system requirements to run windows 10. 

Microsoft lists the Windows 10 minimum hardware requirements as Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor or SoC. RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) for 32-bit or 2 GB for 64-bit. Hard disk space: 16 GB for 32-bit OS 20 GB for 64-bit OS.
