Was using heard a pop or snap it shut down all I have is a bluefish-white light by power cord, can't get it to do anything?

@1-fuzzy_ I suggest you perform a hard reset using the below steps:

  • Ensure your laptop is OFF.
  • Unplug all the external devices (If any).
  • Disconnect the power charger from the computer, and remove the battery.
  • Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.
  • Connect the power supply (power adapter).
  • Press the power button to turn on your laptop.
  • Then put your battery back.

If the issue persists, check with an alternate power cord/adapter and another wall outlet to check if that works,
