i dropped water on my laptop and it not worked at after that , i can't find anyone to repair it at UAE

Sorry to hear that. Most of the time when one spills liquid on a laptop and it dies, it's usually the motherboard that got shorted. Did it die right then? If so, the damage is done. Not much you can do if there is no one to repair it.
