Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Your battery appears to be bad: the error message "Battery 1" means: "The battery has failed due to normal wear. Battery cannot be charged - Replace the battery."
If your battery is under warranty, I would concur that it should be replaced -in my opinion as a fellow HP user.
Kind Regards,
