Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Pls i cannot get acess to my webcam on my hp probook 4530s. I dont know if I am missing a driver but there is no exclamation mark in my device manager. Please help me out.

Will this work on a Win 10 64-bit machine? My webcam stopped working after a Windows 10 update of KB3194496.
