hp 15 233wm is an invalid model/product ? What is it ? Is it an HP Notebook - 15-f233wm (ENERGY STAR) machine ? Its specs

Page 52 of the above manual gives you a list of System boards which are suitable to your machine. You may need to install fans for it.
I don't think the list has board for Windows 11, only Windows 8.1.
