Hi 🙂

i have a notebook HP 250 G6 ... ID: 4WU76ES. This notebook have a slot for M.2 card. But i dont know what M.2 card is suported? M.2 eMMC ? format 2242,2260,2280,22110 ?

what format ?

in the picture on right is 1TB HDD and on left is M.2 card slot... can I use both slot? M.2 and HDD concurrently?

Yes, I can't guarantee that you can use both drives because the manual indicates support for only one M.2 SATA SSD or one 2.5" drive.

 

It is my opinion that I see no reason why you can't connect both drives and use the M.2 SSD for the OS and the 2.5" drive for storage.

Hi:

 

Your notebook supports a M.2 2280 SATA SSD.

 

NVMe SSD's are not supported.

 

Below is the link to the service manual.  Chapter 1 has the supported drive types.

 

HP 250 G6 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide

 

According to the manual there is support for a single drive type configuration (either M.2 SATA or 2.5" SATA).

 

You can try having both, but you would need to install the operating system on the M.2 SATA SSD and leave the 2.5" drive for storage only (no operating system installed).
