What are the specs of this pc? i cant find them ANYWHERE. i need to upgrade the ram cards and the hdd because this thing is pathetic. it should never have come with such a crappy deathtrap of a hdd. i got most of the information from CMD but even it doesn't know if the ram cards are ddr3 or ddr4 or anything else. all i know is that the speed is 2400 and they are SODIMM.

Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
Regards.
