what are the specs!? what flavor of RAM?

HP Recommended
Pavilion 7265ngw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

What are the specs of this pc? i cant find them ANYWHERE. i need to upgrade the ram cards and the hdd because this thing is pathetic. it should never have come with such a crappy deathtrap of a hdd. i got most of the information from CMD but even it doesn't know if the ram cards are ddr3 or ddr4 or anything else. all i know is that the speed is 2400 and they are SODIMM.

What is it ? I can't find it anywhere, are you sure it is an HP machine ?  HP says it is an invalid machine.

so i found a spec sheet but not sure how accurate it is. it says the memory is 12 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB, 1 x 8 GB) but CMD says it has SODIMM in it. so what do i actually need to replace it with?

It is HP Official specs which says it has  12 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB, 1 x 8 GB) unless someone opened it then added or removed RAM
