Omen 15-dfh0600nd
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Omen notebook has worked fine with my USB C Dock G4 until r3ecently when it stopped recognizing my HP monitors. The monitors attached direcdtly to the Omen work fine.

Also, some USB functions don't work properly anymore: I cna;t sync my iPhone with iTunes via the dock, but no problem directly attached to the notebook.

I am afraid I have been extremely busy and haven't found any time to test this until now.

Only the BIOS update has completed without problems.

The dock firmware doesn't seem to end properly, probably becaus eit mentions that this is firmware for the Dock G2 whereas I have a Dock G4.

The final two drivers both report "The driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.19042).

Slightly related question: what are the chances that I will have no problems with the USB C Dock G5?

Now the two graphics drivers installed without problem, but my USB C Dock G4 still isn't working properly: the system does recognize the network interface and the USB connections, but no monitors attached to it, which is the main reason for having this dock.

I really need these monitors and would be willing to spend extra money on another dock if you can guarantee me that that would work properly with my system.
