Common problems for Battery
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about: Battery Reports, Hold a charge, Test and Calibrating Battery . Check out this link: Is your notebook plugged in and not charging?
HP Recommended

yes, that's right, I disconnected the HDD on the second screen and that's what happened, it turns off after pressiing enter

That is not good news.

What that would indicate is that NVMe SSD's must not be supported, and the service manual is incorrect.

The boot manager should have automatically found the M.2 SSD and booted from it.

You may have to return the drive and purchase a M.2 SATA SSD instead.

but why then does the system see it and I was able to install windows on it, and is it in the disk management section?

HP Recommended

OK, so if that all works, unfortunately I don't know why the notebook won't boot from the NVMe SSD.

Usually when you remove the 2.5" drive the notebook automatically switches to the NVMe SSD to boot from.

I recommend you start a new post on the subject because I don't have any other ideas for you to try.
