Hi, i really need to know what is ram maximum on laptop 

HP Pavilion 15-eh1003ur

the shop says in specs it's 16 Gb, some user said 32 Gb, on ssd upgrade web site 64 Gb. 

So, no official info about that like it's not important in specs. You know for some users it would be decision to buy or not. It's important.

Virtual Assistant is useless
