what is my max capacity for my ssd? Victus 15 model: fb3133AX (need to upgrade)

According to the spec page the present SSD is - 512 GB PCIe® Gen4 NVMe™ M.2 SSD

It also states that  Operating system Windows 11 Home Single Language.  For the Max capacity, it depends on the budget as the larger SSD's of that type are expensive.

Going up to 2GB , depending on the manufacturer could be close to $300. US.

Theoretically there is no limit to the storage capacity of a NVMe SSD you can install in your notebook as long as the drive is single-sided so that it fits in the slot.

 

For example, the Crucial SSD report for your notebook indicates that they sell NVMe SSD's up to 4 TB for the model series:
