Product: HP Laptop 15s-eq2048nl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, i want to buy HP Laptop 15s-eq2048nl but I am not sure if it can be upgraded later on. the product specification says "8 GB DDR4-3200 MHz RAM (1 x 8 GB)" but nothing more. But I saw in another store website that it supports 16gb ram, is that true? please let me know. thanks

Hi:

 

HP only has the service manual for the older 15s-eq0xxx model series.

 

According to chapter 1 of the service manual the notebook has two memory slots and supports up to 2 x 8 GB of memory.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide HP 15 Laptop PC

 

The Crucial memory report for that model series indicates that it can support up to 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 memory.
