HI @alexanderHam 

 

It will help if you take a look at the bottom of the notebook and amongst the tiny lettering, find the ProdID and post it here in your next response.

 

Otherwise you have us all at a disadvantage since even Google does not know what a laptop ze 2308wm is.

well friend,

i tried to send an image of the info you wanted but someone there rejected it.

 

the info plainly says:  HP Pavilion ze 2200

but the model is HP Pavilion ze 2308wm

 

don't expect google to find this.  This model is very old.  But I am sure that the people at HP know the answer, since this model is still on there website.
