I want to upgrade to a Wifi 6E or Wifi 7 but I don't know what M.2 interface type I have and if Wifi 7 is supported

intel wi-fi cards ending in odd number in this case 1, all have interface CNVio2 (Wi-Fi 6E AX211 Intel).  It should work on Wi-fi 7 but it is at your own risk. Remember wi-fi 7 must have a router with wi-fi 7 otherwise it will not work at the speed you think it will.
