The product specs at the link below indicate how much memory you can install and what storage capacity M.2 NVMe SSD's are offered in the model series.

 

There is only support for one M.2 SSD.

 

HP Envy 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cw1000 series specifications | HP® Support

 

HP only has the service manual for the previous model series, but it should be of help to you to perform the upgrades.
