Product: hp elitebook 8760w workbook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to updgrade the video card to a brand other than Nvidia so I can run adobe premiere 2020.

Thanks for any advice in advance.

The workable video cards list:

 

  • AMD FirePro M5950 with 1GB dedicated GDDR5 video memory (Microsoft DirectX 11 (Shader Model 5.0) and OpenGL 4.0 capable)
  • AMD Eyefinity Technology supports up to five independent displays when using an HP Advanced Docking station
  • NVIDIA Quadro 3000M with 2GB dedicated GDDR5 video memory (Microsoft DirectX 11 (Shader Model 5.0) and OpenGL 4.0 capable)
  • NVIDIA Quadro 4000M with 2GB dedicated GDDR5 video memory (Microsoft DirectX 11 (Shader Model 5.0) and OpenGL 4.0 capable)
  • NVIDIA Quadro 5010M with 4GB dedicated GDDR5 video memory (Microsoft DirectX 11 (Shader Model 5.0) and OpenGL 4.0 capable)

You have to buy the right board otherwise it won't work. Please use page 72 of the following manual yo get the right parts #
