Where do I send feedback to HP about their October BIOS download page? There should be a warning that after downloading and beginning the install, the computer screen will go black for quite awhile before everything is updated! I thought that my puter had died. Panic! Thankfully it's fine now, but a warning on the download page would have been most helpful.
