Hi, @cfuentest
If you are running W10 on your notebook replacing the Ralink Wi-Fi card with the same model card will do you no good at all.
That model card is known for the Bluetooth suddenly and completely disappearing from the device manager on the newer builds of W10 with no fix.
Open up the wireless compartment and let me know how many antenna wires are connected to the Ralink card...one or two.
You should be able to install a different model Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter in your notebook since I have the HP 350 G1 (the 15.6" display version of yours) and I installed the Intel 7260 AC card in mine because it replaced a dual band Broadcom Wi-Fi card that needed two antenna wires to work properly.

See p. 58 of the Manual here:
The wifi card is dual function; it also has bluetooth capability. You likely have one of these two wlan cards:
Ralink RT3290LE 802.11bgn 1×1 Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter 699834-201
Ralink RT3290LE 802.11bgn 1×1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter 690020-001
The replacement is easy to do as the card is accessible through the service door on the back of the laptop.
Your notebook may be subject to a wifi blacklist so that these are the only cards that will work.
This seller ships to Chile
