I need to find the number on my battery of my hp pavilion entertainment dv4 laptop. There are so many numbers that I don't know which one is correct. one tag has BATT SPS-482186-003. There is another tag with CT: 6 ABYK B3 SM WN N35. Those two are on tags. printed on the battery is SERIES HSTNN-UB72. I bought this computer from a family member and I didn't get any of the information or a manual. It came with Vista OS system but upgraded to windows 10 if that makes any difference, which it shouldn't but just in case . . . Can any one help me? Thanks VRM1

Hello @VRM1,
The spare part number you'll need is the 482186-003 you mentioned.
You can find parts through the HP Parts Store. You'll find the majority of parts available there but it's common for them to be back-ordered or unavailable. If you go on the HP Parts Store, you'll also find a link to find HP authorized parts partners. You may be able to find the part online through third-parties. This is usually the most common method.
Hope that helps.
