Product: pavilion x360 convertible 14-cd0053TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this laptop last year April month within 1.5 years, I have a battery complaint. I try to replace a new battery. But I dint able to fine in service centres nor hp online store. If Hp isn't able to provide proper support, why did they launch a product like this? I didn't disappointed with battery, my disappointment with HP support and services. I am in Chennai, even here I can't find the right battery to replace. I contacted hp authorised service centre. But I didn't get any answer from them. If anyone reading this post. If you know about the solution, I request you to reply me to where I find the replacement battery.

Your machine uses 3-cell, 41 Wh Li-ion prismatic battery part #  920070-856 which is N/A from HP

You can buy from other online stores or eBay such as
