Part numbers (various color options) can be found on Page 30
Replacement procedure is explained on Pages 30-31
Where?
Find a local online merchant in your region - search for the part number using your favorite browser.
Results will include supply houses where you can purchase the part in your area.
If all else fails, and you are willing to do so, search for a different color panel.
Example, "jet black" cover, part number L23174-001 is not available from HP.

Side Bar:
It is important that you know why the bottom of the notebook failed.
For example,
If the battery is swollen / deformed, the battery must be replaced.
If the hinges are misaligned, replacing the bottom panel will not fix the hinge section.
