I can't find its specs. But from the following link, it has 1 USB-C Thunderbolt™ 4 port with Power Delivery and DisplayPort (Alt Mode)

In theory, you can connect it to a monitor using a right USB-C to DP adapter an you can charge your machine using a compatible USB-C charger.
You have to wait for more information from HP because no manual is available.
