I can understand your frustration in this, but you need to understand that we have no way of accessing or diagnosing your PC from here, so we have no way of knowing the cause.
One possible cause is overheating due to the extreme demands of video streaming -- which is what you are doing using Zoom meetings. When I use my HP laptop for this, all four cores of the CPU are running at nearly 100% and the fan is blowing at the max speed, due to the heat. Overheating can often cause a laptop to simply shut down.
